Buying a G, should I stay away from this?

Buying a G, should I stay away from this?
It's an 06 6MT in Athens blue, however it has 211500 km on it (130000miles).
It says mostly highway miles, which is actually believable in this case since the owner lives 2 hours out of my city in a small town. The pictures look good, there's no body damage or anything but before I make the long *** trip out to see it, I'd like some opinions on whether I should hold off.
It's in Canada, so most '06 coupes around here go for about 22K and have under 100000km on them. This guy only wants 11500 for it, understandably.
I'm mostly worried about high mileage engine issues (assuming its not an oil burner being the revup) and the lack of warranty.

What about the chassis? The last car I bought (American so I shouldn't compare hah) had 230000km and I replaced every rear bushing and ball joint, all 4 tie rods, wheel bearings, axles, it was ridiculous. I really like the 06+, but I'd rather not be impulsive if it's gonna lead to regret again.

I just bought an 05 6mt coupe with 130000 miles and shes clean. Oil is clean fluids look good she rides great the miles do worry me but Ive wanted this car since it came out and just glad its my ride. Im willing to invest some money into the car if anything goes wrong but from what I've read its mostly minor issues here and there. If the car is in good shape in and out go for it, I did lol.

Ideally I want the 04. I just really like the 06+ for the minor body upgrades and the rays if it has em. Dealer quoted me over $8000 CAD for those wheels haha and 2800 for the lights (I know, thenismoshop.com but then I have to rewire for DRLs).
I originally planned on selling my last vehicle and buying a G the same week, I've been without a car now for a month since I sold mine and my patience is running low! Every time I see a G roll by, instant depression haha.

So far replaced throttle body, starter and cam sensors. Couple of window motors and window switch.

I bought my '04 with 199,000 miles on it. Now at 231k, and the car performs great.
The easiest way to check for oil consumption is to run your finger along the inside of the exhaust tip. If it comes out with a layer of dry, black substance on it, that's just carbon, and you're fine. If the inside of the exhaust feels greasy, it's probably throwing oil.
To check and make sure the car is mostly highway miles, look at the brake pedal. Assuming that it hasn't been replaced, high-mileage city cars will tend to have a wear spot on the corner of the brake pedal from letting off of the gas and not stepping on the brake pedal completely.
As far as points to look for...have your inner lower control arm bushings and compression rod bushings up front inspected. They're notorious for going bad, and causing severe feathering issues on the front tires.
Window motors are another problem...but that's common on G's with mileage from 20,000 to 200,000.
My biggest concern, though, would be rust. Especially if you're looking to modify it. Nissans loooove to get cancer up under the front and rear fenders.

That's a wicked deal, I love those Rays so much. The dealer in Edmonton wants >8000 for them haha. The only reason I'm not taking it to a mechanic is because I've waited way too long for a black one, I don't wanna regret it and just get this because its convenient. Last time I did that I bought a high mileage Jeep with a bad head gasket.
