But yes, a cheater is a spark plug anti-fouler. Or, rather, two spark plug anti-foulers stacked together, which you drill out the center of, and then screw the O2 sensor into, before screwing the whole contraption into the O2 bung on your test pipe.
It essentially tricks the secondary O2 sensors into believing that they're getting lower readings of uncatalyzed exhaust gases, and turns the CEL off.
