06 6mt in Athens blue. I don't know if its the sport suspension, but I definitely hear every little bump in the road like I've read from lots of people here. Still love it though! (updated from here)

My mistake, thought I linked already but its fixed now. I had it inspected pre-purchase and all was well. The ball joints and tie rods were solid, the only issue we saw was there seems to be a small leak, not coolant or oil so maybe PS fluid because the line behind the bottom front right grill was a little messy. Minor fix when I pull the bumper to get at the lights though,

No dropping for me sadly, I'd love to but I'm in Canada and I'd rather not ruin the body yet haha. I'll have a summer body kit that gives it a lower look, that's about all though. Spacers won't

I thought only the sport version had the Rays? And 6mt came in a base model too? I'm still a rookie haha.

 

Yeah sport suspension had 19in rays. The 5AT is the base model.

 

What's the white circle on the right side of your G ?

Welcome to DRIVER, very clean coupe "Congratulations!" Glad you discovered the noise, I have the same issue and I'm replacing my lower a-arm since the bushing is wasted. Clear sides will make your coupe look way better....orange yuck!

These are the 06 tails, they have the trunk button. Thanks guys! I kinda like the orange markers.. haha maybe I'm just strange but the white ones seem a little cheap looking to me.

I can't believe how much more attention this car gets than anything I've ever driven.

 

Orange markers are fine with me.. everyone seems to think that they have to be made clear though. Whatever Your car will be more unique if you don't get clear corners.

 

just an FYI, the tail light are not from 06 G, sorry to burst your bubble. But those are from 03-05 model tails. I would know, I bought 06 G sport 6mt, last summer.

 

Ppl need to learn how to read. The OP didn't post pics of his rear. He just "said" he has 06+ tails. If he has the trunk button he definitely does. The other guy GolfPro1 posted his pics of his car with 03-05 tails because his car is similar to the OP. Pay attention before you try to burst someone's bubble.
