Help with resetting the ECU.

Hello all,

I am having trouble resetting my ECU after some intake modifications. I am aware of the gas pedal method but am having trouble getting it down. I have done some research.

https://g35driver.com/forums/engine-...-easy-way.html

I am attempting the easy method but am a little lost on what to do between steps 2,3 and 4.

I understand i could do the neg battery terminal but i would like o get this down. Any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thank,

The easy method is just disconnecting the battery for like 10-15 minutes.

Easier method instead of waiting 10-15 minutes after battery disconnect, press the brake pedal to the floor and hold it for a minute. Doing this 2-3 times discharges the capacitors and puts the ecu in learning mode, it also blanks stored codes so do a scan beforehand if the cel is on.

I've tried this before and it works, now that I have Osiris I just hit "reset learned fuel settings" and go for a rip.
