got mine already too

Fortunately I had an "in" at my local dealership, and I got my 2k5 6MT on the 14th for only $37,860 fully loaded with navi, prem pkg aero kit etc. My local dealer in Norcal ( Neillo Infiniti ) was only getting in 7 6MT coupes and thankfully I got one in time. This is by far the nicest car I have driven. Ive only had it for a week and I am already trying to get more power out of it. And I told myself I would wait until the warrantee was up, he.

Hi ya...I just picked mine up yesterday morning (Thursday). The ride home was really nice!!, about 90 miles. After VPP, the car was $35,800 approx, as you can see, fully loaded. I got my at Pleasanton Infiniti, they were awesome. I got the leather and paint treatment on my car for an extra $770. Is that worth it? The finance guy told me that since I was doing it VPP, that he could give me a discount, original price was $1350. So what do you guys think? Good deal? Is it worth it to get the extra care protection? He said that they would either try to fix the issue first, if they can't, they would replace it. ie, crack leather, stains, lost of paint quality over time, etc. I will post pics soon. I'm very happy though. so happy that I can't even sleep rite now, thats why I'm on here at this time. Strange, but I can't sleep for some reason, I slept the last night fine, before I got my car. Oh wellz, grins on my face tomorrow though.

To wunautica, when did you order your G35 6MT?

I am thinking of going to Pleasanton Infiniti to get one...but it's so far away from my place...

My dealer called yesterday and my car will arrive on Feb 2nd. I placed my deposit way back on July 31st.

I could have gotten it sooner if i had gone through grubbs, but i'm getting Vpp through my local dealer so i didnt see much point of going to grubbs to get it a few weeks earlier.

this will be by far the nicest, most powerful, and most expensive car i've ever owned, can't wait!!

ofcourse you can get your deposit back, its illegal in most states to keep a deposit on a car. I changed my orders with 2 dealers and finally got it from the 3rd. And i got my full deposit back from both of them, no questions asked. i got my 6mt G with nav and all for $35,300 +tax using VPP. Im sure you can find a better dealer some where. Fight with them, get a lawyer, they cant keep your $5000 thats ridiculous. good luck

Thanks symalik, I'll go to get my deposit back on Sat. Hope I can get it back and find a better dealer.

By the way, do I really need to talk to my salesperson? Or can I just ask the manager as well?

Still waiting on mine. If it's a no show in March, I'm getting something else. Sorry, but I won't be played. Also, the longer I wait, the more interest I'm losing on this car. If I had it, I would've start modding it already.

Congrats to the ones who got theirs.
And for jackiesg35, $5k down? Damn. Some people are getting $500 over invoice. Just got to look. E-mail every dealer within 100 miles and see what you get. It's very simple. That's what I did, and am getting mine for $700 above invoice. Good luck.

you should talk to your salesperson and if he/she is retarded then talk to the manager. you shouldnt have too much of a problem getting your deposit back.

totally agree on the gas, man this gas is gonna kill me but its the price to pay and i love it, worth every penny.

the wait was making me lose interest in the car too, but once i got it, its like amazing. just wait and you will be happy.

why dont you get it from some other dealership? there are plenty of dealerships that have the 6mt's in stock right now and either you can get it shipped or fly out there and drive it back. for example grubbs in texas, i got my car from there and got free shipping, great experience and great price. but try other dealerships, you dont have to wait till march if you dont want to.
