First number is the width of the tire. Second is the aspect ratio (basically it's the height, so a lower aspect ratio = skinnier tires), third number is wheel size. But if you want to get a skinnier tire on the same wheel without speedo/odo changes, you can decrease the aspect ratio but also increase the width, with the right size the diameter will be the same.
The middle number determines how thick or thin your tire is. First number is how wide and last number is the size
Yes itll look good but since your rims are already sunken into the fenders, get wheel spacers to make them flush with the fenders.
This guy is lowered more than that but with stock wheels it's gonna sink in more. If you don't mind that then its fine, or you can get spacers which push out your wheel more to reduce that sunk in look.

All up to you honestly. No matter how much you lower it though, youll need rear camber arms for sure and front camber arms are optional but recommended. Also youll need to get an alignment after the drop
Depends where you buy them from and the company. Dont cheap out on these parts either. A good set will run you around $200 for the rear and around $400 for the fronts
