Yup the screws provided were too short as they didn't pierce through enough. You get what you pay for

^so u didnt even use double stick tape to secure the entire middle section of the lip?

also most bodykit sellers do not provide any hardware at all. and for the screws ur supposed to use a metal clip thing that tightens with the screw. idk wat its called but most people dont use it so the screw is never fully secured

The double sided tape provided was pretty thick.about .1000 inch thick which was probably what didn't let the screws pierce through enough

I see. But normally tape wouldn't be applied to the area where the screw is

Is it time for new bushings?

Just about a week or 2 ago my suspension started making popping and squeeking sounds when I'm doing a wide turn at a really slow speed or when slowly go over dips/bumps,once you pass 5 mph or so their are no more strange sounds.Handling still feels nice and smooth the only thing is that it makes sounds and it gets a bit worse everyday.do I need new compression rod bushings or LCA bushings?

You won't know until you inspect them. Could also be your front endlinks, they're notorious for failing. If it is the endlinks replacements are pretty cheap.

Checked it out today and both of of LCA bushings were blown. My control arm slides and comes into contact with metal.Should I get OEM bushings or go with aftermarket?

^^ Use aftermarket, I have about 40,000 miles on energy suspension bushings and they've been great. Do the compression rods while you have it apart. You can buy a front end kit for $100 from most of the vendors, I got mine at CZP.
