so i tried finding a picture a thread and i searched but i couldnt find it, well is anyone elses engine oil dipstick like mine (pictures below) reason i ask is because mine is marking full but if its not the oem one well im def getting a wrong marking please let me know if anyone elses is like this its

 

Take this test to determine if it's OEM,
pull dipstick out,
look on the long metal piece, there should be the last 5 of the part number, with a Nissan logo stamped on it
that will tell you, the ones I stock are not like that, but doesn't mean yours isn't OEM

 

oh ok ill try that when i get out of work im doing a oil change on sat so once i know for a fact that i put the amount of oil it takes then i can take it from there but id like to see if someone else has this dipstick so far you and another guy have told me theyve never seen one like this

well mines a 04 coupe 5at so i dont know if its on this model that they came out like that or what im not to sure, thats why im trying to find out lol

 

well based on that new information, I am confident that it's NOT OEM, because an '04 Coupe should be 11140-AM603 and I keep that in stock, and it doesn't look like that, could be a Nissan oil dipstick, or even a universal one, but I am 99% confident it's not OEM
