Yeah, that's the 3m 1080 carbon fiber wrap. It's inexpensive and it was very easy to do. Once you heat it with a heat gun it forms around all the curves very well. There's many sites that sell this stuff but I got mine on eBay. That's the cheapest place 12"x60" $18 shipped.
