Waterless Anti-freeze

Hey everyone,

Just wondering if anyone has heard of waterless anit-freeze. I just saw it on a show here in the UK. It doesn't use water so there's not risk of corrosion. Stays cooler and does not boil. Also, once the cooling system has been flushed, if its filled with this special type of coolant, it never has to be changed out. It last the life of the engine. Its a bit expensive, but the trade-off seems awesome. Brand is callled Evans. Just wondering if anyone knows or has experience with this. Thanks.

Evans is not that expensive and the security it provides is worth it.

I'm going to have to look into it more. I've never heard of waterless anti-freeze until recently. Logically, it makes sense to keep everything cool. Once it's filled, it never has to be changed out again. Doesn't boil so keeps less pressure in the lines, therefore reducing heat and strain. Thanks for all the input.

I use it with no issues, like someone else said it is used in high horse power builds I know a few other guys on my350z were using it.

Like you said it also keeps pressure off the system I use a GTR cap with no pressure spring so my system is "pressure less" I think Alberto and RCDash also have springless caps I think they had RX-7 rad caps.
