Window motors and lock actuators failing are a very common problem. I've dealt with both issues, as well as many other on the forum.

Here's a vid regarding the motor. Mine costed me around $140 at a local parts house for a refurbished one with a lifetime warranty, that was only 3 months ago and it's already giving me problems again on the driver side.

As far as the actuator goes, that's going to be a good project to tackle while you've got the door apart. Here's a vid regarding that.

Yep - bite the bullet and replace them. Nothing really else to say about it.

You can get the $150 dollar generics from any autoparts store pretty much anytime. Just make sure they have a lifetime replacement warranty and do it.

The uninstall and re-install (once you've done it once and know the process) is a total work time of 20 minutes. If the new ones get shitty on you at any moment, drive to the parts store with an impact gun and bit, rip the old one out in 10 minutes time and get a new one inside for free.

Only thing to remember is READ THE SHEET included within the replacement motor's box about the "Anti-Pinch" programming procedure. It's a method of rolling up and down the motor before attaching it to the window actuator (and glass) a pre-defined amount of times to make sure it rolls up and down just that little bit our windows do when you open and close the door on the G35 (and of course so it works right if you have something in the window that would get pinched). If you don't do this when you open the door, the window will likely slide down MUCH further than it should on our G's - I know this from first time experience :O lol
