Got the G back the other day. I think it was great that guy hit my car. The paint looks 10x better than before and new headlights without rock chips. The original owner had spray canned the bumper so I have never seen it so glossy.

I will post pics in a few days of the end result. Hopefully the new paint is stronger than Infiniti paint.

So getting hit in the parking lot wasn't such a bad experience, since you're enjoying the results....congrats!

Im glad it worked out for you. I was recently hit while sitting at a red light(Nov 2012). Mostly cosmetic. Got pushed ever so slightly into the car in front if me. I needed a repaint of my front bumper anyway due to rock chips....

Any time an accident is reported to an insurance company it will show up on the FAX report. This is why you should always demand loss of value from the persons insurance company that hit you....thru you own insurance.

Just to clarify dont talk to your insurance. Talk only to their insurance.
