My fight against the hail

So I'm at school here in ok so no garage and wide out in the open. They're calling for golf ball sized hail. I have a cover but it's for the dust and sunlight/heat-too thin for hail. I've read people put their car mats upside down on the car and then the cover over?! What do you guys without garages do . Maybe old clothes or blanets under?Chances are if it's really bad tonight I will sleep in the car in a parking garage lol. No questions asked

I would do parking garage, or car wash. But if the weather gets that bad... parking garage over possibly flimsy car wash.

I'd recommend parking it in a public parking garage as far in as you can. It's your best bet.

^ parking garage or car wash. I've been stationed in Oklahoma for the past 8 years. Im deployed right now, but my G is in the garage... Hopefully it's just a warning and nothing happens. Best of luck!

i am not gonna lie.. but if I knew there was a big *** hail storm coming, I'll drive towards it..

my car is old.. I like it.. it's in good condition.. but it would get totaled for sure after a hailstorm...

Say the car is worth $8k now.. if a hail storm comes, insurance will give me $8k to total it and probably ask me if I want to buy it back for $2k...

i dont mind driving a $2k car that has golf ball paint job for $6k profit.. I'll probalby drive this car til it dies any ways...
