Hi All,

I've been wanting one of the duckbill trunks, but have not done it because I don't want to deal with the fitment issues. I'd like to get just the lip and have my body shop mold it into the OEM trunk, but I can't seem to find the lip part anymore. It's been awhile since I've checked, but apparently no one is making them any more. I don't want to spend $400-$500 on just the freaking lip (Gialla) and it appears that Strafe is no longer in business, which is where I think I saw a cheaper version of the lip by itself. Is anyone making just the lip that doesn't cost $500?

Well, a week later and no response at all from those guys. I guess they don't want to take money from someone that's ready to hand it over. I'll find someone else I guess.

Anyone know of another company that makes the duckbill trunk lip that I can have molded into my factory trunk?

 

Try Ionic...He has a gialla trunk lip I believe that could be molded..Not sure why R1 hasn't got back to you..Bump His threads and send a pm...Good Luck

mines goin on friday when its done being painted! btw whats the story with third brake lights and these trunks?.legal to drive without one? im coming from the ironing board spoiler with the built in light...

 

Would have to do a rear panel swap..Im not runnin a 3rd brakelight..No problems so far...
