Window tint

I have a question for those of you who have your windows tinted. Was it a problem tinting the front windows since the windows roll down a little every time you open the door? I know that you can't roll down the windows for a couple days after having them tinted. Just curious if this was a problem for anyone. I picked up my G coupe on Jan. 24th. I haven't had a chance to post any pics but I will in the near future.

no its not a problem i would suggest leaving it for the day allowing the windows to dry a bit. I hopped in mine as soon as he got done, no problems.

So the '05 windows "seal" like the M3 and '05 Mustang do? Do all year models do this?

Thanks.

Very simple. If you're installer doesn't know how to keep the window up while the door is open, show him how....

If you open the door, on the door frame itself, middle of the frame you will find the door sensor (black rubber). Push it (simulating a closed door) and the window will go up. My installer just clamped that sensor with a clamp while he was working on the window.

Good luck.
