If you have car insurance use it, that's what is for. If you can't afford your deductible, then drive it until you get this resolved (you did say it seemed to drive fine). It is far better to see a doctor immediately and CYA then to go later and try to blame it on the accident and give them the opportunity to say you could have hurt it doing something in between that time.
I did the same thing once when I was rear ended in my quadcab, bent the frame and destroyed the bed. I went to the doctor around two weeks later and the insurance company tried fighting it so, I speak from experience. I barely got them to cover the x-rays and MRI. I'm glad it was nothing serious or who knows where it would go.

If you can find a fender which is already black then your gold, they take about 10 mins to take off.
My damage cost about $1000 to fix, and that included a new drivers door, fender, paint etc etc. I did it all myself though. (Ive never painted before in my life, but it came out PERFECT)
I was worried about this, but I don't think its going to be less than $1000. My tire has a decent sized 'slice' in it that you can't notice from the pictures, which is the only thing I'm worried about driving around with. She had to have killed a bushing or bearing because at 100,000 miles they were probably already on their way out, so I imagine a 4000 lb car crashing into my wheel would do the trick. New fender and bumper will be in the 400-500 range without any labor, and 100 for the tire. 500 + paint + labor + possible bushing/bearing + an alignment if I'm entitled to that as well should be right around $1000 from a shop if i'm not mistaken. Oh, and I almost forgot, my wheels are still stock, and technically she scratched the **** out of one, so I should be able to peel off my plasti-dip and get my wheel repaired too correct? It didn't just take the plasti-dip off, the scratches on my wheel are deep.

Thanks again for all the input guys. I'm obviously going to do things a lot differently next time. I'm going to get some estimates today since I have the day off.
