Interior replacement

Hey guys,
I found an 05 g35 coupe local that has the options i want and decent milage. The issue is the previous owner had some hackjob sound system in it so it needs, essentially, a whole new interior. It needs, carpet, door panels, back seat/console, dask kit/trim. I looked at the car 4 months ago and the price hasnt changed. Can anyone guestimate how much an interior swap like this may cost so i can try to figure out what to offer him to make it worth it.

Said car

The doors have holes cut out of them for speakers and grilles covering the holes so need new door panels. The rear bench seat is broken on the passenger side so that needs replaced. The dash is hacked/broken from the radio install so that needs replaced. It all needs to be replaced. If anything is repairable i can cover that but what i listed is too far damaged to be fixed.

well, what I would do is search the forum to see if anyone is parting out their interior. If that doesn't work check the junkyard for a damage G35 and if no luck there u can then order the parts from any OEM ifiniti parts dealer, but U will probably be looking at anywhere between 3 to 5 grand.

Your better off finding another G in my opinion. Interior pieces for our cars are expensive and you will be charged an arm and a leg if you have the dealer do it. But, if you really want the car be prepared to spend some bookuu dollars. I would say around 3k based on what I've had replaced inside of my car.

Find a totalled G35 local to you, salvage yard. Should only cost a few hundred dollars + install.

I dunno, if they treated the interior like that, how did they treat the rest of the car?
There are lots of options out there, if you can afford to wait til you find that one that makes you warm and fuzzy, you may want to take a deep breath and think about it.

Just sayin

I'd avoid because who knows what kind of hack job was also done with the wiring. If you see a car in this shape it probably wasn't cared for at all. I'm sure you will run into underlying problems also.

Thats another concern. It runs and drives fine but i do worry about the integrity of any maintainance or repairs done on it. I think i could make it worth it if he lets me have it for 8k.
