6MT will not rev past 2.5k, just replaced Camshaft sensor Bank 2

Ok so get this, i plugged in the snap-on solus scanner, my ignition timing is perfect at 16-17 degrees. But the only thing weird is that both cam sensors are reading -31 degrees on bank 1 and -34 degrees on bank 2.
