This... as soon as you start to break the rear end loose... VDC will cause the bogging effect as it reduces engine power to compensate for what the ECU thinks is the vehicle loosing traction..

You might just need a driving style adjustment. What type of vehicle(s) are you coming from? If its from a big torque V8 automatic (maybe with a nice high stall torque converter even) then you will need to keep in mind that although this V6 makes decent torque it isn't going have that off the line punch you might be used to. You may just need to practice clutch engagement on launching.
That could be part of it. I also drive an LS1 occasionally. My 03 maxima had more punch than the 04 g35. I had a full exhaust, timing bump and light weight crank pulley. I hear the pulley and axle back do little for the G35.
