Sold my G35 and bought my dream car!

My new 2005 Porsche 911. Atlas Grey Metallic with Stone Grey Interior.

I love this car! I really liked my G, but I really WANTED the 911.

You've hit the big time with that car....great choice!
Lots of luck with your new car.

Isn't that car almost triple the cost of the G?
thats no comparison really.............................

Thumbs up

Wow, nice!!! I'm envious. The 911 has always been my #1 dream car.

I'd always planned to buy a new 911 for my 40th B-day in '03, but "settled" for a G35c instead. I just wasn't willing to part with that much moola yet. Maybe one day, I'll finally be ready to pay the price, and all the other costs of ownership that go with having a Porsche.

Awesome choice. MUCH luck with her!

I hate to see people leave the G family but in your case I can't blame you one bit. Enjoy it.

G35 coupe to a 911? That is a heck of a jump..............big promotion or what?

That is a sweet ride my friend! I remember as a kid (10-11) I would bet my brother that I could name cars just by the sound from my dad's flat in SF. The 911 was ALWAYS a car I could name out EVERY time.......pretty funny at 10 huh!

Needless to say, I have yearned to own one and will! when the 78 SC came out, that was the ****!

The 911 is so damn amazing. I grin ear to ear everytime I turn the ignition. I always had my eyes set on the 911 - I owned one Porsche before, but I wanted to make a couple more investments before I bought it. My wife wouldn't go for it otherwise. I opted for the G35 because it provided a lot of value for the money. The G35 is actually the lowest priced car I've owned in a while. IMO it is by far the best coupe in the sub $45,000 range.
