Is my 06 5AT Coupe a G35 or G35S?

I've been trying to figure out if I have a G35 or G35S.

I bought a used 2006 G35 Coupe 5AT about a month ago and it doesn't have the red S on the back next to G35. I have the orange stitching in my steering wheel, the aluminum pedals, sport side skirts and a sport bumper, and the 19" aluminum wheels.

So do I say I have a G35 or a G35S?
I read somewhere that the red S wasn't on the G35 until 2007 on the sedan models.

(p.s. anyone have a lakeshore blue (b30) colored bumper tow cover for sale?)
Attached are pics of my G35:

What difference does it make? Either way it's the same car.

I believe you have the S. Yellow steering wheel thread, but I am sure a coupe owner will chime in..

You do have the sport and aero packages, but I always thought it was just the sedans that had the "S" on them

What's the aero package?

I don't understand why the coupe doesn't have the "S". Isn't it the same "sport" upgrade as the sedan would have from base to sport?

Is there any way I can see if I have stiffer rear suspension and/or a VLSD? Or can I assume I have them given that I have the other components of the sport package?

EDIT:

I found out what the packages include: http://infinitihelp.com/models/2006/...ifications.php

You have a coupe with the sport package. Infiniti didn't brand it as a "G35S". S branding started in 07 for sedans and 08 for coupes.

^The 2006+ 5AT's with the sports package came with the VLSD. Yes, you can assume your car has all of the components associated with the sports package.

TECHNICALLY you don't have an S cuz S's didn't get on coupes until the new girly body. However, if you had the same car 3 years from the year of your car, you would have an S...ORRRRRRRRRRR, if you had a sedan 2 years ahead of where your coupe is, you'd have an S. But, since you have a coupe that's not either of those other two things, you sir, do not have an S.

As mentioned before, you have the G35 coupe with sport (aero) package. It is not officially branded as a "sport" or "S" model—it's just a package. That branding began with the second generation G family.

What's the difference between the Sport and Premium packages? I have everything that OP's car, sans towing hook, but mine is a 05 and was sold as a Premium Package.

to check for vlsd, jack up the rear and spin one wheel. if the other spins with it the same way, you have it.
