I have used countless fuel system cleaner. Redline S1 is a very good choice. BG44K is also my favorite with Chevron Techron. It doesn't hurt to use it, but sometimes driving your car hard for a minute or two can blowout crap too. I have now develop my very own homebrew cleaner and uses it once every oil change with BG109 and MAO annually. You will notice some minor changes with the ones I mentioned but that is just the effects of toulene or methanol additives giving you a boost. The actual cleaning side.. will....
Just use Top tier gasoline.

All I've ever used in SLICKS fuel system since she was new is RedLine injector cleaner. One bottle is good for 20 gal, I wait until the tank is 1/2 full and pour the whole bottle in for an extra clean. Caution, if you have high mileage don't try this...there's no telling what's on the bottom of your gas tank aka krud!

I was researching options for a fuel system cleaning.
Some systems tap into a schrader valve to get their injector cleaner directly into the fuel rail. Does anyone know if our car has a schrader valve to access the fuel rails?
I have a 2007 G35x, but I figured I'd ask here before starting a new thread in the V36 section.

Nope, the car doesn't have a Schrader valve. You need to buy an adapter that sits between the fuel rail and damper that you can plug things into. I have a posting where I showed how to test the fuel pressure with something similar if you search for my name.
I highly recommend BG44K (~20 on eBay) I put it in my car recently and it definitively made a difference. I'm getting better MPG after using it. Someone also told me that the dealer doesn't even attach anything to the fuel rail instead it goes to the throttle body. So, I wouldn't waste your money asking them to do it.
