What good it a SC if you can't use it? I'd like to see him in a road track. I guarantee an NA G could take him because his handling is gone...and "rice" refers to any mod that's done that is not functional. I won't begin to list the non-functional items on that car. Now, is it mag/car show worthy, yes.
