There are email tuners like Seymore4 that can tune over a distance. You get 80% of your tune quality vs a dyno tune though.

You can order the one pieces shaft from powertran inc or gtmotorsports. Gtm sell them for 600 but that's for my 06 AT coupe

DO NOT BUY A DRIVESHAFT FROM GTM. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE IT. EVER. NOR EVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN.

You will call them hundreds of times over a period of several months with no call backs or any form of communication, if you do, you'll get the run around. You'll eventually be forced to file a chargeback/investigation with your bank, and THEN you will get your $633.18 back. Ask me how I know of this...and I live 31 miles from them.

Order from Jake Justice/Powertrain Industries. He'll have you a 16.5lb balanced aluminum driveshaft in less than 1 week.

As other's said, it's not all that instant and their is a little lag and with the Transgo you should be good to go. I never got it, but always wanted it.

Another thing I'd like to throw out there is reversing the up/down. There's a DIY and the way the car comes stock is stupid IMO. Pulling down to upshift is much easier, goes with the moment and you wouldn't accidentally shift back into the previous gear. It's a simple DIY, just splice to wires and swap and done.

Here is a link to the place I found the 3.9fd gear it doesn't say if it's for the AT or MT but like me you should call head before ordering. Plus if you order it from this place it DOESNT come with bearing or seal. But I'll be call in a few weeks to get the low down.

Also gtm Motorsport sells the FD gears but seeing how a few member have bad exp with them I'm kind of iffy about buying from them.

Much better off with a 3.9 ring and pinion with a real LSD like quaife. The 3.7 you can get in the g37 rear end, but only with a vlsd which isn't nearly as good as a real locking diff. Vlsd is suffice for DD but will barely make any difference on a track.
