I've been torn between an all black coupe with black and red rims and small red detailing or a grey coupe with black rims and small black detailing?

If both drove by at the same time, which G would make you turn your head?

I'm still shaking my head at someone coming in here asking what would turn our heads...

Put ginormous tats in the driver's seat and a smart car would turn my head. Make the grille a giant rooster. Put 810W J085 on the license plate and "free" on the license plate holder.

Grey on black is just bored of itself... black on black red with the right accent- at least in my area isn't common by a long shot. Your area... may be gay pride colours. And disgusting ones at that.

It's your car. Own it, either way... most people will likely dislike your choice no matter what it is (that's the way the forums are) but don't come in being all defensive about it. Get the one you like. Make it YOURS. Don't apologize.

You should be buying a car that suits your style, don't buy what other people may like (head turner for other people).
I've got the so called "played out" grey coupe with black wheels & accessories and my next car will prob be the same cause I buy what I like, not what pleases others.
Except for custom paint every color combo has been used or what others consider "played out".
