P0300 random missfire

Hey guys I have been reading over the forum for the last few days and haven't had much luck. Last weekend I replaced my spark plugs on my 05 coupe with automatic transmission and 114,000 miles. I did not disconnect the battery while changing them. I also replaced the crankshaft position sensor a few weeks earlier. While changing the plugs I noticed the back driverside cylinder showing a slight amount of oil in the tube. Long story short after it was put back together it smelled of gas and it was missfiring. After some troubleshooting it appeared as though two of the new plugs were bad. I exchanged those and it is still missfiring though not as bad. I am now unsure of what could be causing this. I am really hoping it's an issue with the current code in the ECU and it will clear up after driven a bit but I wanted to get the forum's view as I have only had the car a few months now.

So I have an update on my issue, I have changed two of the coil packs and boots. This still hasn't corrected my issue any more. I went and checked the codes again and discovered it was now showing C1130 on top of the P0300 Random Missfire code. I have driven roughly 40 miles since I have changed them. At this point I am at a loss as to were I should go now. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions I would be grateful!

Thanks!

Did you use anti seize on the plugs?

Didn't use anti seize on my old trucks plugs one time and they weren't screwed down all the way even tho they felt tight, and I got the random misfire. Took em out, anti siezed the threads, put em back and it was all good in the hood.

They're all gapped correctly too right? Not to be condescending, and I know that they're supposed to come pre-gapped, but we wanna eliminate the easy stuff first.
