I have 20 in rear 50 up front and I'm very happy. I like to see with the benefit of some privacy.

I'd say it definitely depends on the laws in your state. In my experience if you're reasonably close to "legal" cops won't mess with you too much. In Florida it's 28% on the front side windows and 15% on the back windows and rear. It's a $114 ticket for EACH window that's tinted too dark.

I usually do my cars with 15% all around and I've never had a problem. If some cop does want to go ticket crazy on my at least I'll only get 2 tickets instead of 5. I've had quite a few friends get a pile of tickets for having 5% tint, it's just not worth dealing with that mess IMO.
