So after trying to take off my grille.. I noticed a screw has been drilled on(1 on each side of the grille). Is this screw normally there? Or did the previous owner break one of the tabs and needed it to be screwed onto the bumper to keep it from falling out. Anyways, how do I go about taking this off? I would have to take off my whole bumper right?

 

Those screws are not supposed to be there. Like you said, the previous owner looks to have probably broken that tab.

If the screw is short enough, you may still be able to pull those tabs out of the bumper... insert a flat head screwdriver into the hole in the bumper to provide more clearance. Otherwise, use the shortest screwdriver you have to remove those screws. Even better if you have one of those small ratchets that let you insert a screwdriver bit in the end.
