Recently my driver side HID bulb blurnt out and was wondering if these would be a good replacement?

 

You sure its a bulb and not a ballast?

 

How would you be able to tell? The bulb has been out for close to two weeks now and hasn't once flickered on and off

 

Did it just stop working out of nowhere or was it on & off for a while before it stopped?

You have to remove the bumper to change the light bulb or remove the wheel well. So before you buy anything I would swap the bulbs from one side to another. This way you know if the problem is the ballast or bulb.

If the good side doesnt light up when you switch bulbs its the bulb for sure.

 

The bulb went out completely out of nowhere. I don't think the bulbs have ever been replaced so I have a feeling it's just a bulb. But I'll definitely try that before I buy anything. And if it is the bulb, would the bulbs in the picture I posted be a good replacement?
