I'm amazed by all the awesome info this community has to offer and I'm happy to join! I've seen a few posts about having to replace the rear knuckle bushings, but have not seen if people were successful. I have a 2005 g35x and ran into the problem with my bushings when replacing my rear shocks. I see that the bushings are sold online and would much rather spend $30 than $600 to replace both knuckles. Please let me know if you have had success with replacing these or if you have gotten stuck needing to buy new knuckles!
you need to describe your problem in little more detail.
I personally have not changed any bushings on rear knuckle, but with certainty can tell you that you will need to completely remove it from the car in order to change any bushings in it.
You also will need a press to get them out and push new ones in. And if you will end up changing one, might as well change them all so you don't have to take everything apart next time you need another one changed.

Thanks for the quick response!
The problem I am having is the bolt that attaches the shock to the knuckle keeps spinning. So the metal sleeve inside the bushing has seized to the bolt and separated from the bushing. I've heard that you can't replace the bushing and I've heard you can. What I haven't been able to find out is if people have been able to do it and if they have did the repair actually last. Hopefully this helps clarify my situation. Thanks again!

every single bushing in knuckle is replaceable. To replace them you need to completely remove the knuckle from the car.
there is a way to remove that bushing without taking the knuckle out using this tool
it would be a little more complicated than doing it with a press, but you have to take entire knuckle out in order to use the press.
If you replacing only that one bushing, I'd use a tool and just remove that one bushing. If you going to do all of them, might as well get the knuckle out since the tool might be difficult to get into some places.
I'll probably end up replacing all of them to save myself the trouble of having to take everything apart again in the future. I appreciate your help. I'm assuming there is a way to boost your rep in this forum. How do I do that. I'm new here.
