It looks and sounds to me like cam or crank sensors.

 

So went and picked up snap on scan tool. Looks like all my sensors are reading properly, I am goign to look more into the fuel system tomorrow. Might just put the fuel pump on a switch. It is a race car anyways. It does have full exhaust though, just loud. lol
