Lowering my 04 g35 coupe
LMAO, LMAO...Dude I don't have to post anything for you and anybody else for that matter. I've dropped and installed a transmission in an Acura Legend coupe late at night without any air tools and using nothing more than the light from my cell phone which at the time didn't have a camera or flash, or flashlight And I had to make sure it ran perfectly so I could go to work the next morning which I did. I had to sit the transmission on my upper thighs as I slid under my car and using my hands and thighs pushed the trans into place. I've NNNNNEEEEEVVVVEEEERRRR had to pull anything apart 10 times and it still wasn't right. Before I fix anything I first find the problem research the best course of action to fix it and then proceed to fix it. If you have to take apart and fix the same thing 10 times, you're not doing something right. Every car I've worked on the problem was found, researched for the best solution, and fixed once and only once. Any mechanic worth his weight will tell you the same thing. You should never have to fix the same thing 10 times. I'm not saying I'm the best but, I am saying I'm dam good. I've got a lot of people that know my work and how great it is and they've never came back for me to fix the same problem. I'm sure, no I KNOW they're are other great mechanics on this forum that will tell you the same thing. If you gotta keep tearing the same thing apart you never fixed it in the first place. Fix it right the first time and move on to the next problem or mod.
Hahaha tell me again how you're an expert on suspension geometry?
How many times have you had every piece of your suspension laying in the driveway and put all back together, then after every single time taking it to an alignment shop and seeing what's really going on? For me its about 10 times with this car, so go ahead and post your alignment data sheets and explain how you "like your camber that negative". I'll post multiple before and after alignment sheets to show you how this works. But yes, my G is very well taken care of.

I'm on 10.5x20 in back and 9.5x20 in front. Front tires are 245/35 20 and back tires are 275/30 20. And I appreciate it. Lowering it is one of the last thigs I need to do
You're welcome and enjoy That beautiful coupe of yours. The side wall on your tires should read 245 35 r20 95XL and 275 30 r20 97XL. The numbers you want to be concerned with are the 95 and 97. Anything higher will give you a taller sidewall and can contribute to unnecessary rubbing. I learned that the hard way with my first coupe.

Thank you Sir. I've seen people post pics on here but I'm not sure how to. If you know how, I'd love to see yours!
Uh, actually I did it on purpose, jackwagon. I installed everything piece by piece because I wanted to know how each individual piece felt and changed the car. Hence the before and after alignment sheets for every install.
If you wanna get into a dikc swinging contest over what we've done to all kinds of cars, we can start a new thread, as I'm sure we've all had our fair share of experience. But this isn't about transmissions and cell phone lights, this is about suspension geometry.
So, again, tell me more about how you guys are experts on suspension geometry...

Again dic wipe on a mild drop he....wait a minute why am I still conversing with this idiot and for the record I don't need to tear my entire suspension apart to find out how it works. I can take a wheel off and look at it to do that.

Haha you're right, you don't. And you won't. So why should somebody trust your advice? Tell me how static alignment and road crown can affect 1.2 degrees of negative camber. You can't see that by "taking off a wheel".
If you want to see pics of my coupe type in diamond graphite pics go to page 1486 and you'll see 3 pics of my diamond graphite coupe and one of my obsidian black coupe before I had my accident. How do you crop pics on instagram
