Blower Motor for A/C not working. Need confirmation PLEASE!

Hey community, so my 2006 Coupe's a/c and heat are not blowing out any kind of air at all. I believe its the blower motor fan, but it could be the resistor.

What could I do to check what it is? Also, is it a easy fix. Any help would be appreciated!

Is it just the fan that's not working but everything else is getting power and doing stuff?

If you switch between the different modes of where it blows (feet vs dash/defog vs hands area) do you hear an electric motor in the dash operating to slide and close vents so that the air is directed to a different area? Just trying to rule out whether or not power is getting to the internals of the HVAC system aside from just the controls. I assume the lights on the HVAC controls are working such as when you put on the Air Conditioner mode, etc?

First thing I'd do is check the fuses. It's pretty easy to see if a fuse is blown by removing it. You can also buy a fuse tester from a company called Bussman for like $20 from Walmart and it includes a few of each of the different common fuses as well as a fuse puller. If you get that, just make sure you get the right style of fuse kit since they stock one for the mini blade fuses and also the full-size car blade fuses.

Yup the lights come on and everything. Lets me switch all the modes and controls but no air is coming out when on A/C or Heat. When turning on the A/C i hear the engine start humming if that helps take out anything.

I went outside and switched the different modes and I didn't really hear a sound when changing the modes. However, the only time I would hear it is when the mode would be on both the foot and the dash. I hear a tick sound whenevr I would change to that mode.
