Hi there,

I could not find this any where on any other thread.

My left turn signal is intermittent. It does work more than it doesn't. The outside light does blink but the one inside on the dash does not light up. I have noticed that when I press firm on the dash it will light back up. Could one of the wiring harnesses be coming unplugged? Could this be the bulb inside the tachometer? If its an LED bulb that seems unlikely since It does work more than it doesn't. Or could it be the arm its self.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any help would be much appreciated!

Thank you!

Not sure. I would try looking at the turn signal switch itself.
You can get a new one around 50 bucks.
I would test it first though,
Check the turn signal switch plug for corrosion, loose wires, any damaged wires.
I don't know the exact way to check it but from what it sounds it's the switch loose internally.
Try wiggling the switch around I would start there.

Excellent.Thank you for your response. Yeah this weekend I am going to look into it more. It is just weird since I wrote this post I don't think it has happened. I do think what you said could be right, i will check the switch first and go from there.

Thanks again

Never did
sorry, I never found a fix for the issue. I kind of just let it go and got rid of the car a few years ago.

Best of luck,
Adam

I've had this issue for a few years, ever since I removed the gauges to fix a fuel needle that had gone to the wrong side of the peg. Haven't fixed it yet, but my guess is it's a loose harness.
