If you hold down the unlock button on the fob it will roll all the windows down, the fob button probably stuck.

You can roll all the windows back up by putting the key in the door and holding it in the lock position if your door buttons don't work.

Common culprit for window button not working but the door lock will open/close is usually broken wires in the door flexible loom, or a damaged door button computer (the door button has computer stuff in it's enclosure).
