N1 lip install?

Can anyone give some advice on installing an N1 front lip? I've read a bunch of horror stories about how they fly off while driving. I'm planning on using 3M tape on the top part of the lip, maybe double it up and then 2 screws by each side of the fender. How should i go about securing the bottom of the lip since it doesn't line up with the bottom of the bumper? And also, would i use pop rivets instead of screws for the bottom of the lip?

I'll probably make a DIY on how to install it since almost every DIY out there doesn't have any pictures up.

I have had the lip on my bumper for about a month now and all I did was use 2 screws on both sides of the bumper and no double sided tape.. However, it isn't secured all the way unless you screw it in from the bottom. The best way to do this is to use brackets to secure the lip properly.

Installed mine using the 3M tape and 2 screws on each side of the fender (4 total screws). Lasted a few years, though I don't put many miles on the car. Came off last summer, but it didn't fly off. See pic:

Yes op, use pop rivets for the middle of it for sure. Double sided tape won't hurt either..PM me if you have any questions. Obviously when you scrape it will get fvcked up overtime but more slowly if you do it the right way.
