Looks like they claim OEM fitment, so a bigger caliper shouldn't be necessary. Not sure about the quality or the weight, though, though. I went with these and have been pleased:

I just had a wheel bearing that needed replacing as well - they can be crazy noisy. Also, be careful to replace all of the washers when re-installing the calipers as a bolt protruding too far and making contact with the rotor can make a noise very similar to the wheel bearing noise.
