Has anyone had or have heard about any issues with the passenger seat bracket for corbeau?

I installed mine the other day along with the A4 seats and noticed a couple things strange.

1. The seat sits about 2 inches higher than the driver seat.
2. it doesn't want to bolt down correctly. Like there is a good half inch off on height on one side of the bracket. the holes line up, but it needs to be force down on one side to be bolted down.

Corbeau is not being very helpful getting me a replacement. They want me to measure the floor, the bracket against the driver bracket, etc etc..

 

Just in case anyone has a thought about corbeau brackets. Be sure to know they made the g35 brackets from the 350z. Drivers lines up. Passenger does not. But they are making it right by making me a new one.
