Front suspension noise after some parts were changed

Hello everyone , I wanted to freshen my car up a bit to first i changed all 4 shocks to kyb . The car drove fine with no noises. After about a week after i decided to do the end links and i think thats when i started hearing the noise but i though i was my compression arms since my camber was off so i did those and the noise is still there . I re checked if everything is thigh . My friend think its the sway bar bushings because i didn't do them when i did the end links (waiting on parts from dealer). Can sway bar bushings make a thump noise when going over bumps ? you can acually feel something by the right leg when going over bumps , i also just got 4 new wheels and tires i want to fix the noise before going to alignment . its a pretty loud noise
i have used those http://www.ebay.com/itm/111625483740?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

No.Sway bar bushings would not make a thump, thud or knock. They might squeak if not properly lubed.
I would double check the torque specs on the end-links and make sure you've torqued the compression rod bushings when the vehicle is loaded (lowered, sitting on spring weight) as well.

I doubt it's your bushings unless they're completely destroyed. Check the torque and the nut on the top strut. Jack up the car and hit with a hammer around the tire to see if it makes any noises.

Looks like one of my new kyb struts is leaking , i just noticed some oil residue on it that i missed before thinking its wd40 . i have installed them a month ago ? defective part?

I took both of the sway bar links off to isolate the problem , the car was still making the noise but it was not as easy to hear , then i noticed the slight wet shock .
