burnouts are harder now with these fancy modern traction controls... my friend used to have a Z28 camaro and you could do one simply by jabbing the gas from a dead stop...

in my 5AT coupe, you can do one by turning off VDC, brake torque to like 2500, and let go of the brake while flooring the gas.... away we go. not sure if a stock coupe has enough torque to break the Pilots loose though (i have a bunch of mods) and forget trying it with the G35X... they've got too much traction i think. it's not something i make a habit of doing, but i've done it 2-3 times

one time i did that while turning the wheel fully left (in a mostly empty mall parking lot) and lemme tell you... don't try something like THAT unless there are NO obstacles at all anywhere nearby as my coupe spun fully around twice, like a damn top. i guess that would qualify as a donut.

you just bought a +$35,000.00 car and you want to do a burn out.. 1st of all that is NOT the best thing to do with a new engine & tranny..

but here goes anyways.. i mean i might need scrap parts in the future..

turn off the tracton control (between the trunk and dash light controls)
find a nice empty parking lot
hold down the brake with your toes.. and use your heel to push the gas..
rev up to 4,000rpm (i think thats enough to release hell on our cars)
push down on the clutch with ur left
go to 1st.. and drop it
hold down the brake and work the gas and WOT through the gears (kinda)
then let off the brake and hit the clutch when you want to get out of it
then hit the brakes

I think it's easier to do burn outs if you put on 2 spare tires in the rear, soak them in soap water, and just step on the gas. I highly recommend soap water, because you can make layers of foam on top of the smoke - double the style point and you wash the car at the same time.

My recommendation:

1) Yell "Go-Go Gadget Burnout"
2) Immediately FLOOR it.

Your timing has to be just right or else it won't work. And turn VSD off.. that helps too.

experiment with your car, best way to find out, and why do have a coupe and a sedan, kinda a waste of money IMO

Burnouts are a good to know thing... Especially if you plan to warm up the tires for a drag strip.

You don't really have two G's. You can't. Life is so unfair.

Maybe he has XBox, you PS2 snobs. In which case holding Left Trigger and Right Trigger is the answer...

If you honestly don't know how to do a burnout please go to Home Depot, purchase a tack hammer, and smack yourself in the temple with it until the gene pool has been properly chlorinated. Thank you.
