Those are "Wheel Spacers" there's also a Plenum spacer, SEARCH if you need more information...Gary

You need the wheel width, and the offset to judge that.

 

Enkei:
F:19''x8.5'' +43
R:19''x9'' +45

I got the oem forged rays right now:
F: 19''x8'' +30
R:19''x8.5'' +33

I also have spacers on rear and front but dont know what size they are. I think they are 15 and 20 or 20 and 25 (picture above)

 

You're going to need some hefty spacers to make the G37 rims look good because those offsets are terrible for coupe fitment. However if you get it right those rims will look killer on your car. The spacers in the picture are 25mm I'm pretty sure. If it were me I'd go 30mmF/R with the Enkei's and they'll fit and look great.
