i bought a 2006 g3h sedan and i notice a noise coming from the front driver side that i hear ever time i hit like a crack in the road or like a bump it kinda sounds like something is lose but im not to sure.

 

Probably a ball joint in need of replacement or possibly a tie rod end. Better get that checked out since it can cause loss of control if it fails completely.

 

You can also get noise from the sway bar end links and wheel hubs, ball joints/tie rods/hubs are easy to check fortunately. Jack up and support the veicle, hold the TOP of the tire and agressively pull it back and forth, there should be NO PLAY NO CLICK NOTHING WHATSOEVER. Tie rod ends are easiest to check with a second person holding the wheel but you can use a ratcheting tie down strap and tie the steering wheel to the brake pedal if no one else is around, this time grab the SIDE of the wheel and do the same agressive pull/push motion, same thing, no play, no click, nothing.

Rinse/repeat for rear tires.

The sway bar end links are a bit of a pain since you actually have to be UNDER the vehicle to check but you can pull and pry on them too there's just not very much room for your hands.

If you don't feel comfortable doing this work call a reputable local alignment shop (or your Nissan dealership) and explain what it's doing, most alignment shops will check this stuff for free if you schedule an alignment job with them (which you should if it's been more than a year since your last one).
