G35 coupe 6mt
SOLVED: Anyone having theses symptoms it’s the Acceleration pedal position sensor, I’ve watched many videos of people buying them online and then they run into problems of having to sand down female part of the sensor and or it doesn’t fix or makes the problem worse, got a notification of g35 that entered the junk yard this morning went there and pulled the acceleration pedal off it’s 2, 10mm nuts and I pulled the sensor off this is what it looks like

this is oem if you can try to get an oem one please do so to avoid fitment issues and defective items

Nice problem solving.
Did the pedal sensor solve the jerkiness or the low power at high rpm?
The pedal sensor was going to be my next attempt at solving the issue on mine - I actually have a whole pedal I plucked off a G that was waiting to go in.

The new MAF sensor fixed the jerkiness/rolling 2 step problem and the pedal sensor fixed the low power at higher rpms, throttle response is better due to the new throttle body and with the sensor fixed there was an improvement in my shifting and down shifting. Never thought that a pedal sensor could affect how smooth gear changing is and it’s a 6MT
