Angry Where's my G35 mechanics? 2004 problems

Was given a 2004 G35 Coupe as payment for a construction job. Car was worth more than the work so I took it. I dont know much about the vehicles history just that it has a salvage title and was flooded? The electronics on this thing are the most F'ed up thing I think.
Anyways here's a list of problems encountered...

- Radio powers on but can only hear sound very rarely.
- AC turns on randomly when changing modes on blower
- RAPID clicking/tapping sound coming from drivers side kick panel right side (disconnected a wire to a small black box, stopped ticking.
- Thumping noise coming from rear wheels. Thought tires might need balancing, But noise will randomly stop...
- E-brake barely works, also doesn't click or stay up when you pull on it....
- Airbag light on
- Roll windows up, go to shut door and window is rolled up too high. (window doesn't adjust automatically to open and closing door)
- Rear seat belts missing, front seat belts floppy

And that's it so far.... Heres a list of all the things I've already done
- Replaced starter
- Replaced clutch slave cylinder
- Installed SS clutch line
- Replaced both camshaft position sensors
- Replaced crankshaft position sensor
- Installed new battery
- Replaced any blown fuses
- Changed oil and filter

I'm going to take some pics and maybe a video or two on Tuesday so I have some more info for help.
The VDC and SLIP light were on since I had got the car, after replacing sensors and clutch line/slave cylinder the lights \went off.
Mechanically the car feels pretty good, I don't know if I should replace the ECU or the wire harness. I've already cleaned a bunch of connectors and checked the grounds (a lot of this stuff was caked with corrosion).

Pics will be up in a day or two, any advice would be appreciated. Car has 133,000 miles.

Sounds like the AC controller is fried, window motors are shot, someone added an aftermarket "black box" that needs to be cut out and wiring solder spliced back together, e-brake needs adjusting, rear axles or wheel bearings need to be replaced, vehicle has probably been in an accident causing the airbag light to remain on until the diagnosis sensor unit is replaced, seatbelt pre-tensioners have fired and seatbelts need to be replaced.

Scan the sytem for the airbag code, probably a seatbelt pre-tensioner error code from being in a wreck.

It's a common recommendation here to avoid flood damaged cars at all cost. But since the deal's already done I'd sell the car for what you can get out it and ove on to something else. Does the car have a rebuilt/salvage title? If so and you still have all of the problems listed don't expect much $$$ to come your way.
