Coupe window gap?

Not sure if u see the gap . Last time I changed the window motor I noticed a gap when I put everything together. I changed the motor again and I have everything apart .

How do I adjust this? Seems like every thing is fixed in place and I don't see many options

Are you doing the window motor recalibration as well. It's not just the motor that needs to be replaced, you must also calibrate it for the upper stop limit.

You might have to perform the recal a couple of times to get it to work perfectly.

Ok, just make sure you have the door closed and that you are NOT pulling the button all the way back to the second click (auto up).

And make sure you are only depressing the calibration button while the window travels down, then you manually raise the window (first click, not auto-up) all the way to the top and then OPEN THE DOOR. You're programming these settings into the BCM and the input from things like hte door switch are necessary for it to work.

I got the gap fixed. If u Google it they say there's 2 nuts where u adjust the gap with a slot tip. That didn't work
What worked for a 03 was the 3 screws that hold the window to the regulator. If u close the window you can get to these screws with the silver panel on. Take off the black covers that seal the holes , loosen those and adjust from there .

Just have to do the reset now
