06 6spd slow crank no start

Was the CEL on when the engine was running? If you can't start it, how do you know the CEL is on? Turning the key to key on-engine off lights all the warning lights on the dash. Following this thread from the beginning, I am willing to bet it's a crank and/or cam sensor. Carefully check the crank sensor connector and wire harness. Being under the vehicle it is prone to damage and corrosion. Was any work done to the vehicle just before it stopped running? Were there any performance or rough idle issues prior to this?
idk i received the car like this

@ashleytea666 Have you checked your fuel pressure? I'm having a similar problem... gonna make a post soon. Have you tried letting your fuel pump prime before turning the ignition?
yes i have and its not that.

E is part of the fusible link. Section PG - Power and Grounding all the way at the back of the document usually on the last page. I'd have to do a little digging but I think it's the wire bolted onto the top of the fusible link that goes out to the starter/alternator.
ahhhh ok gotcha...what about the 3rd wire on the bonding jumper?

I'm not totally sure either, I suspect it's a picture typo. The only grounds in the engine bay are the negative battery to chassis, chassis below coolant reservoir, passenger side of the timing chain cover, top of the timing chain cover, and the headlight grounds on the front of each wheel well.

Ok so the wire you're point at. That's part of the bonding jumper is it not? There's the skinny wire you're pointing at, and another larger wire that's less than half the length of the skinny one, and the terminal with 2 screw holew where it attaches to the chassis under the coolant resivior . I can't figure out where the short, fatter wire goes. Or am I ****ed up and putting the wrong wires?

It's the alternator ground but it's not the bonding jumper.
The engine-chassis bonding jumper is the fatter one that's below the coolant hose my thumb is resting on, bolted to the timing chain cover. The other end of that wire is the 2-hole lug bolted to the chassis below the coolant reservoir.
With the coolant reservoir removed it's pretty easy to just follow the wire with your hand.

Ok so let me make sure I understand. Do the alternator ground and the bonding jumper meet at the spot with the 2 lug holes under the coolant reserveoir?
