It's the alternator ground but it's not the bonding jumper.
The engine-chassis bonding jumper is the fatter one that's below the coolant hose my thumb is resting on, bolted to the timing chain cover. The other end of that wire is the 2-hole lug bolted to the chassis below the coolant reservoir.
With the coolant reservoir removed it's pretty easy to just follow the wire with your hand.

hi cleric670, so i figured out where the bonding jumper connects to but still i cant get it to start.. i have another question tho. What would it mean if while im cranking the dashboard lights flicker and fade but the headlights stay on? is it possible to post videos on this site?
