Every time I try to start the car it makes a click sound and shuts off. I changed my battery thinking that was the problem but it kept on going. What do I do?

 

Check battery cables for corrosion on both ends, especially the negative cable connection to the engine and body. If all is good, then you may have a bad starter motor.

Did your IPDM ever get wet?

 

Does it make a really LOUD click like from the starter or is it a very quiet click like from a relay?

The starter click is more of a loud THUNK as the gear engages the flywheel.
