Ok so I was changing valves and I can't seem to find a hose that connects to that part. What is it? Or does it connect to the plenum? Cause I believe there was a hose I disconnected and left on plenum. And also there's a hose on top of my manual trans that seems to be connected to anything. I don't remember touching it at all but I found it and it wasn't connected to anythin. What is it?

 

I think that is the purge line that goes to your intake/thottle body.

The hose for that may be still on your intake..you should at least find a nipple for that hose around the TB.

I think it feeds or purges fumes from the gas tank into the intake at WOT.

There is another switch like that back by the gas tank near the fill neck that normally vents (evap) the fumes out of the tank into the air..at WOT the rear switch redirects fumes to purge to the front via hose while the front opens and allows feed to the TB.

Also maybe your TB hose nipple may have been blocked off by someone...so look for that.
