Two questions..
1. What does it mean if all the lights on my dash are on lights I mean brake, vdc, etc?
2. My a/c & heat don’t work. I don’t hear a sound when trying to turn it on

 

Is the check engine light on? If so, scan it for codes.

Check cabin Fuse Block - J/B fuse 19 should have full time power, fuses 6 and 14 should have power with the ignition ON. All are 10 amp fuses, probe the tops of them for voltage with a DMM.

Also check the fusible link holder slot D, 60 amp main fuse, there are no probe points on it so just pull the fuse and verify it has continuity with a DMM.

Obviously you should disconnect the battery if you are pulling fuses.

 

Lights have been fixed but a/c & heat still not blowing
